We collect information you provide (name, email address, payment details) and information generated by your use of the Platform (progress data, completed sessions, XP, login timestamps).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, send account notifications, and inform admins of new registrations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. BYU Pathway Email Addresses
If you sign up with a @byupathway.edu email, we automatically flag your account for the student discount program. This flag is visible to Platform administrators only.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption. Payment processing is handled by Paystack — we do not store card details.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@socialdevtechnologies.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses Supabase (authentication & database), Paystack (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each has its own privacy policy.
